  22. distribution.  The URL is http://www.mag-net.co.uk/Bsoft

  24. From this day forward, Utilities Unlimited International, Inc. (Utilities) and
  25. Jim Drew (Drew) will no longer allow any of its/their copyrighted software to
  26. be distributed via any means other than Utilities' web site, BBS, and any
  27. commercial services where Utilities and/or Drew maintains a public support
  28. forum, unless written permission is given.

  30. ALL software copyrighted by Utilities and/or Drew is to be removed from any
  31. service not supported directly by Utilities and/or Drew.

  33. ALL software copyrighted by Utilities and/or Drew will not to be included with
  34. any other software package, bundle, or mailing. This includes, but is not
  35. limited to, all forms of magnetic media, optical media, and fax.

  37. Utilities and Drew are giving all services a 30 day period to remove all
